On-site team headshots, executive portraits and event coverage for companies and institutions across Santa Cruz County, the Monterey Peninsula and Silicon Valley. I bring portable lighting and a backdrop to your office, photograph your whole team in a single afternoon, and deliver a proofing gallery within 48 hours.
Team headshots, done on site
Nobody has to travel. I set up in a conference room or a quiet corner, and people cycle through a few minutes at a time between meetings. Everyone gets the same lighting and the same background, so the results line up on your website and in your deck instead of looking like fifteen different photographers took them.
For teams who would rather not look studio-lit, we can shoot in your actual workspace or outdoors on your campus — office-lifestyle portraits that still match each other.
Executive portraits
Longer, more considered sessions for leadership, board pages, press kits and speaking bios. More setups, more direction, and a longer edit.
Conferences, galas and award nights
Full event coverage: keynotes and panels, candid floor and networking shots, award moments and group photos. I have shot corporate galas and award nights and know where to stand before the moment happens rather than after it.
Rates
Published, so you can budget against them without a call first.
On-site headshots
- Half day — $1,250, up to 12 people
- Full day — $2,100, up to 25 people
- Individual executive portrait — $450
Event coverage
- Two-hour minimum — $750
- Half day — $1,400
- Full day — $2,600
- Additional hours — $325 each, overtime billed in half-hour increments
- Second shooter — $700 half day, $1,300 full day
Booking five or more events in a fiscal year takes 10% off and locks these rates for the year.
How working together works
- No deposit. A signed agreement or a purchase order holds the date.
- Net 30. Invoiced on delivery, not up front.
- Free reschedule with 14 days notice, if I am open on the new date.
- You get the images you need. I retain copyright, with a private-by-request opt-out for anyone who would rather not appear.
